Terms of Service

1. The service

MMOwithAI Studio provides AI script, image and video generation on a prepaid credit model. One credit equals one Vietnamese đồng, and every model shows its price before you run it.

Purchased credits carry no cash value and are not refundable, except where a paid action fails on our side — in that case the credits are returned to your balance automatically, and they can only be returned once.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

We may suspend an account for abuse of the service, payment fraud, or content that breaks Vietnamese law or the policies of the platform you publish to. A suspended account is signed out of every active session immediately.

3. AI-generated content

You own the right to use what you create through the service, within the terms of the third-party model providers we route to (WaveSpeed and the model owners behind it — Kling, Google Veo, OpenAI, ByteDance, Alibaba and others).

You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark or likeness rights.

4. Payment

We accept VietQR bank transfer (via SePay) and international cards (via Stripe).

A bank transfer must carry your personal transfer code in the memo for credits to be added automatically. A transfer with the wrong memo is logged and reconciled by hand through support — it is never credited to someone else.
